A female police officer experienced a night on the town in the Dallas area. After becoming highly intoxicated a fellow officer put her in a squad car to rescue her. The police car video reveals that she pulled out her weapon and fired it inside of the vehicle.  Go to approximately the one minute mark of this video to hear the exchange between the two officers. Apparently the two officers are in some type of relationship. 

On a side note, I had a conversation with a fellow attorney last week regarding police videos in DUI cases. He stated that most of the time he doesn’t request the on car videos because they are usually damaging to his clients.  I was stunned by such a statement.  I suppose his premise was that the prosecutors are too lazy to obtain the video so why should he help them out by requesting the video. I couldn’t disagree more with his assertions.
